Last week, GPAC announced a spinout transaction, through which GPAC shareholders will receive common shares in a newco (Walhalla Gold Corp.) on the basis of 1 share of Walhalla for every share of GPAC owned (including GPAC shares being purchased on the market now, if held at the future record date). Today, GPAC announces it has divested of its Lauriston Project in Australia for a combination of cash, shares and a retained NSR. As per today's news, GPAC will receive (AUD) $2.5 million in cash and $1.5 million in shares for the sale of its Lauriston Project.
