Curasight's CEO Ulrich Krasilnikoff comments: "Q2 2023 represented one of the most strategically eventful quarters in Curasight's history with the momentous achievement being the partnership agreement with Curium, a global leader in the industry. Finally, I am pleased that we have maintained a solid financial position during Q2, with a cash position of approximately DKK 32 million. This financial stability positions us well as we continue our development efforts and explore additional future funding options, including potential strategic partnerships."
- 4 juli · Ändrad4 juli · ÄndradFra Discord: Well, we are now ready to move on to Phase 3! This phase holds a statistical chance of success of 58%. I believe this number is much greater for Curasight, considering that over 400+ patients have been tested with uTRACE. The latest GBM study shows great potential, with a staggering 94% of glioblastomas being uPAR positive. The best-case scenario here is if these 6% are the 2 WHO grade 2 glioblastomas. This would almost hammer in stone that uPAR binds primarily to aggressive cancers. This further indicates that uTRACE isn't "on the verge" of being a success. All of this comes on top of the positive uTREAT. We can only hope that the updated brain cancer strategy will outline an accelerated plan. Perhaps this strategy will come alongside a partnership. I will bet that this partnership will be a uTREAT+uTRACE partnership. Valuation & Analysis I believe SEB will update their valuation of Curasight. I believe they will raise their current value quite drastically. However, SEB has been extremely slow to react, and their reactions so far have been utterly useless. I believe their next valuation will be in the range of 100 DKK. Curasight may soon get coverage from more analysis companies such as RedEye. Maybe a few more. This, of course, will help get Curasight more known by the public, thereby getting more volume on the stock on a daily basis. What's next? Results in preclinical uTREAT study in Neuroendocrine cancer. Results in preclinical uTREAT study in Head and neck cancer. FDA greenlight for prostate phase 3 in 2023. FDA greenlight for GBM phase 3 in 2024. Partnership for GBM (combined uTREAT and uTRACE). Website Update. Potential expansion of pipeline Mouth cancer (Study ongoing at Rigshospitalet). Lung cancer (Study ongoing at Rigshospitalet). Colorectal cancer (I'm not sure if there is currently a study ongoing) - However, this has already been tested as being "safe and effective" with uTREAT //THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE//
