I am an IT professional, living Finland. My stock portfolio is currently (December 2025) worth roughly 680 000 EUR in direct stock investments + some 360 000 EUR in different ETFs. I have recently increased my cash position, around 250000 EUR at the moment. I am predicting a correction in the US market during 2026. The strategy has been mainly buy and forget, although this I regret a little. A more active style could have given a better return. The stock that I purchased in 2008-2009 and during 2020-2021 COVID crash has had a very good yield, that combined with good retuns on USA Cyber security stocks has been a success factor over the last 10 years.
