The fund seeks to track the performance of the Index. The Index is an equity index that measures the performance of eligible equity securities from the S&P World Information Technology Index (the “Parent Index”). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of large and mid-cap information technology companies in Developed Markets (as defined by S&P) which make up approximately 85% of the total available capital. Information technology companies are identified by reference to the GICS.
