The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the MSCI USA Select ESG Screened Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index is based on the MSCI USA Index (the “Parent Index”), which is designed to reflect the performance of the shares of large and medium capitalisation companies in the USA. The Reference Index consists of companies from the Parent Index which meet certain minimum environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) criteria.
