The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the KBW NASDAQ Financial Technology Index (the "Reference Index") less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Reference Index is designed to represent the performance of financial technology companies that are traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market®, the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE MKT.
