The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the MSCI EMU Select ESG Screened Index (the “Reference Index”). The Reference Index is based on the MSCI EMU Index (the “Parent Index”), which is designed to reflect the performance of the shares of large and medium-capitalisation companies in developed market countries in the European Economic and Monetary Union. The Reference Index consists of companies from the Parent Index which meet certain minimum environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) criteria.
