The aims to achieve a competitive return investing in Vietnamese equities. The Sub-Fund mainly invests directly and indirectly (i.e. funds, exchange traded funds ("Exchange Traded Funds" or "ETFs"), warrants, derivatives) in equities and equity linked securities. These securities will be listed on a Vietnamese exchange, or the issuers of these securities will have their registered offices or conduct the majority of their business activities in Vietnam. In line with the foregoing, equity exposure may also be achieved through Exchange Traded Funds with exposure to the aforementioned markets and, to a limited extent, through investment in convertible bonds. The Sub-Fund may hold, on an ancillary basis, short-term money market instruments, bank depos its and any bonds. Under exceptional circumstances or unfavourable market conditions, the Sub-Fund’s net assets may also be invested up to 30% in deposits and money market instruments in order to achieve its investment goals.
