The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the WilderHill Hydrogen Economy Index (the "Reference Index") less fees, expenses and transaction costs, thereby taking an approach that seeks to invest in companies whose innovative technologies focus on advancing the use of hydrogen, fuel cells and the potential hydrogen economy, hence facilitating a transition to a lower carbon economy.
