Portfolion ydin (n. 60 %) on osinkoa kasvattavia laatuyhtiötä ja Jenkki REIT:ejä. Pyrkimyksenä on poimia hetkellisesti aliarvostettuja SWAN -yhtiöitä, jotka pysyvät salkussa yli syklien. Jos laatua saa halvalla: OSTA, sillä pitkässä juoksussa hyvän ostopaikan missaaminen on vahingollisempaa kuin laadukkaaseen yhtiöön “liian aikaisin” aloitettu osto-ohjelma. Pohjille osuminen on mahdotonta, ja onnistuessaankin tuuria.

Salkusta n. 30% on allokoitu indeksirahastoihin ja n. 10% on kasvuyhtiöissä. Ao-tilejä on 3kpl ja yksi kotimaisia yhtiöitä sisältävä OST.
Vuodelle 2030 asetettu välitavoite on saavuttaa 10 000€ netto-osingot ja downshift työelämässä, tällöin osinkojen uudelleensijoittaminen ei enää ole välttämätöntä.
*EDIT: osinkotavoite saavutetaan luultavasti jo vuonna 2027, downshift 4-päiväiseen työviikkoon tehty 2024.
