Bitcoin isn’t what it was suppose to be, it was by definition a decentralized instrument.
Now Saylor and others wants it to be controlled by the government, no longer decentralized but centralized. Further it is not backed by any type of metal or any type of commodity like oil. Therefore, what is it? It is pure speculative instrument.
Could Bitcoin at some point be something? Sure. Back it with an asset. Back it with commodities. Put the laws in place where Bitcoin cannot be seized but for a warrant and that doesn’t exist either. Therefore, it is a pure speculative instrument.
