I used to be a speculative investor looking for a quick profit, but after I got into real estate investment I came back a changed man. Now the only thing I look for is stable, increasing positive cash flow from my investments, be they stocks, other securities or apartments.
In stocks, I'm mostly focusing on North American markets due to the fact that as a software engineer I spend most of my time thinking in American English and thinking about American companies and their products.
All of my North American stocks are now held at IB, so you cannot see them here. Here I only have my Nordic stocks.
