Catena: Catena leases to Alvestaglass in Växjö
Expanding Alvestaglass AB is a new tenant at one of Catenas
properties in Växjö.

In the western part of Växjö, near the airport and adjacent to main
road 25, Catena has leased premises to the expanding ice cream
company Alvestaglass. Within the Postiljonen 1 property, 6,700 square
metres will provide warehousing for the companys assortment of ice
cream, beverages and snacks. Alvestaglass objective is to become one
of the largest ice cream companies in the Nordic region.
We welcome Alvestaglass to premises that are very well suited to the
companys operations and ambitions. There are also additional
development rights for the property, meaning there are good prospects
